Sizing
How do I know what size dog clothes to order?

Use our size chart for each item. We suggest matching closest to neck & chest. We are most easily able to add/remove inches to the length.

Measure your pet and include those measurements with your purchase. Because we make each item to order, we are able to customize our general pattern based on measurements you provide.

Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we recently added worldwide shipping options! Shipping rates are based on the weight of items ordered and United States Postal Service and are shown during check out.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer free USPS First-Class shipping on orders above $50.00 being shipped within the US.
USPS shipping options: First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Shipping rates are based on the weight of items ordered and United States Postal Service. Rates are automatically calculated, based on USPS calculations, and shown during check out.
When will my order ship and be delivered?

With the exception of dog toys and marketplace items, all of our items are made to order. We ask that you allow at least 5 days for us to create items you've ordered.
We personally package and process your orders! There is no fulfillment service. We will mail USPS once all items have been created. You will be provided a tracking number the day we take your package to the USPS.

Delivery times are designated by the USPS.
We are not responsible for packages arriving late, getting lost, stolen or damaged. Our receipts are saved and can be provided if requested.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Because our items are made to order, we do not currently accept returns. However, we want all of our customers to be please with their items. We hope you will contact us with your feedback and we can discuss a resolution. Your feedback will help us improve other customer experiences.
