Fabric is a snuggly soft flannel that is 100% cotton that is ultra-soft.
Choose between elastic or alligator clip.
- Elastic: Two strips of elastic on the back for attaching to collars or a bow tie strap.
- Alligator clip: measuring 1.8" and placed on the back, in the middle.
